This Site (this “Site”) is managed by Viking Capital, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively the “Company”). The Company is committed to maintaining privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Site. The Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through this Site and not to information collected through any other websites even if it is affiliated with the Company.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”

Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, IP addresses, cookie information, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US BY REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT

In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to fully utilize the features on our Site, you will need to create a User ID and password. You can create a User ID by registering with the Site and entering your email address, creating a user name and a password. By registering for the Site, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This information may be used to send you announcements, newsletters and other communications that we think may be of interest to you.

Through the account created by you on our Site, we provide the opportunity for all visitors to apply for a rental home by submitting an online rental application. All users are also provided the opportunity to submit online rental payments, enter work orders, communicate with the Company’s teams and other various online services through our Site. The access to the features available through creating your online account will not be available unless an account is created. Creating a User ID and password is not a requirement or prerequisite to using our Site.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Company adheres to the Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”) which defines children as anyone under the age of 13. The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for this Site. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Personal Information that is collected by the Company will be used for the following reasons: to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, inform users about promotional offers, communications with Site visitors who submit requests for information or who have created a User ID and account to utilize online resident services, administration of the Site and with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In all cases, we will only use your information as permitted by law.

Non-Personal Information

Non-Personal Information that is collected will be used to help us improve the quality of our Site and customize the user experience.
